Brazilian Beef Kebabs Recipe

Instructions

  • Toss the beef cubes in the marinade to coat.
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high temperature.
  • Thread the skewers with the beef cubes, onion, and bell peppers.
  • Grill the kebabs, turning occasionally, for 10-12 minutes, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred for medium-rare beef.
  • If desired, serve the kebabs with extra lime wedges and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
