Instructions

  • Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes in water.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high.
  • Whisk together the olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, white wine, lemon juice, and melted butter in a small bowl.
  • Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, then brush with the marinade and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Grill the shrimp skewers for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and cooked through.
